wide selection helpful staff perfect location

The location made getting around REALLY easy. A bus stop sat just outside the door. I found a wide selection at breakfast. The buffet included both hot and cold choices. The staff seemed genuinely friendly and eager to assist guests.

My room was a bit too warm, even after adjusting the thermostat.

spacious room comfy bed relaxing atmosphere

the room was spacious. it included a very comfy bed and an awesome bathroom! the location was a short ten minute walk to the arena. the residents bar had a relaxing atmosphere. but we loved the bar, the staff was kind.

the lifts were over complicated to operate.

convenient location gluten-free items comfortable room bar stock unavailable items long wait

i stayed near the luas lines. it was just outside the door (very handy, i must say). breakfast offered plenty of gluten free options. the room was modern and comfortable.

the bar was not well-stocked. it ran out of coors and guinness early in the evening. some menu items were unavailable at the restaurant. i was told there would be a 10 minute wait even with plenty of empty tables, but it turned into 40 minutes.

wrong floor broken kettle

The location was convenient. It was a quick walk to the 3 arena.

The lifts in this place were a nightmare. I got redirected to the wrong floor twice! reception staff seemed to care less when i brought up the lift issue and the broken kettle in my room. i wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
